La Provisión De Cargos Del Sistema Nacional De Salud Se Hará: A) Por Nombramiento Ordinario, En Período De Prueba, O Provisional; B) Por Encargo En Los Términos Del Capítulo V, Del Título Viii Del Presente Estatuto; C) Por Promoción O Traslado En Los Términos Del Título X Del Presente Decreto

La provisión de cargos del Sistema Nacional de Salud se hará

a)

Por nombramiento ordinario, en período de prueba, o provisional;

b)

Por encargo en los términos del Capítulo V, del Título VIII del presente Estatuto;

c)

Por promoción o traslado en los términos del Título X del presente Decreto. Son nombramientos ordinarios los que se hacen para desempeñar cargos de libre nombramiento y remoción. Los empleos que no son de libre nombramiento y remoción se proveerán en período de prueba con las personas que han sido seleccionadas por el sistema de mérito. Son nombramientos provisionales los que se hacen para proveer transitoriamente empleos de Carrera con personal no seleccionado mediante concurso. Estos nombramientos podrán ser declarados insubsistentes en cualquier momento.
