Los Concejeros principales o suplentes devengaran honorarios de cien pesos ($ 100.00)por cada cesión a que concurran, sin que el número de estas pueda pasar de 12 en un mismo mes, y tendrán derecho a viáticos que señalará para cada caso el Ministro del ramo cuando deban viajar fuera de Bogotá en función especial.
