000 metros cuadrados, que hace parte de uno mayor, administrado y poseído por el Seminario Conciliar de Popayán, en la salida norte de la misma ciudad, a fin de que este lote entre a ser de propiedad de la Nación y aquel inmueble sea de la mencionada Arquidiócesis.

Parágrafo

Al momento de otorgarse la escritura, se establecerán los linderos del lote que la Arquidiócesis permuta con la Nación.
