ARTICULO UNICO. La Nación construirá el ramal de carretera que una la ciudad de Pasto con Pasisara, en donde actualmente adelanta trabajos el Departamento de Nariño para la construcción de un aeródromo comercial.

Queda facultado el Gobierno levantar los créditos correspondientes.
