Art. 12. Facúltase al Director de la Contabilidad general para resolver las dudas que ocurrieren respecto á la aplicación de las disposiciones del presente Decreto; y en los términos de él se declaran reformadas las disposiciones del Decreto número 77 de 1888 y demás vigentes sobre Contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
