Elaboración Escalafones. Los Comandos de Fuerza elaborarán anualmente los Escalafones Regular y Complementario de Oficiales y Suboficiales, clasificados por Armas, Cuerpos y Especialidades. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares elaborará un Escalafón General integrando los de las Fuerzas.
