º . Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 31 de la Ley 130 de 1994, cada partido o movimiento: político con personería jurídica reconocida por el Consejo Nacional Electoral, durante los seis (6) meses que preceden a las elecciones para Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República, a realizarse el 26 de mayo del año 2002, tendrá derecho a franquicia postal para remitir dentro del territorio nacional hasta un total de 400.000 impresos, bien sea que los envíos se originen en la Capital de la República, en cada capital de departamento, o en cada municipio.
