ART 251. El fiador de saneamiento de que habla el número 4o. del artículo 940 del Código Judicial (1026, edición de 1887), se prestará á satisfacción del Juez que conoce del juicio, quien exigirá las comprobaciones necesarias que acrediten que en el fiador concurren los requisitos que prescribe el Código Civil.
