Para la fiscalización del manejo é inversión de los caudales nacionales que la ley ha encomendado á la Corte de Cuentas se crean dos Procuradores Revisores de cuentas para que intervengan como Agentes del Ministerio Público en los juicios de las que examina la Corte del ramo, con las mismas atribuciones detalladas en el Decreto ejecutivo número 757 de 7 de Julio de 1905, el cual queda incorporado como parte de esta Ley.
