Los Depósitos Francos autorizados o que se lleguen a autorizar por la Dirección General de Aduanas, están obligados a mantener para la venta existencias de artículos de producción nacional, comprendidos o no en la lista de que trata el artículo primero de este Decreto por un valor desde $ 100.000.00 hasta $ 5.000.000.00
