De la demanda en ejercicio de alguna de las acciones posesorias especiales consagradas en el TITULO XIV del Libro Ii del Código Civil, se da traslado al demandado por tres días, vencidos los cuales se abre el juicio a prueba si es el caso, por diez días.

Transcurrido el término del traslado, o el de prueba, el Juez falla dentro de los cinco días siguientes.
