Artículo único. Disminúyese en la cantidad de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4,000) la apropiación de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) destinada "para estudios de regadío en el país," y auméntase en la misma suma la partida señalada "para material, muebles, arrendamientos y útiles de escritorio del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio." En estos términos queda modificado el Decreto número 1220 del presente año.
