Tarifa . La tarifa del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial será de libre determinación entre las partes, pero deberá ser reportada al Ministerio de Transporte y a la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte, mediante el sistema de información que las entidades definan, el cual deberá almacenar la información de cada contrato celebrado, el valor por vehículo o recorrido, la clase de automotor, el número de sillas ofertadas, la tarifa por día, kilómetro de recorrido y la indicación de si se trata de servicio en ciudades o incluye tramos de carretera.
