Apoyo de la Policía de Turismo. La Policía de Turismo apoyará a las autoridades de inspección, vigilancia y control en las investigaciones que se adelanten contra los prestadores de servicios turísticos por la no renovación del Registro Nacional de Turismo o por prestar el servicio turístico sin contar con inscripción activa en éste.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.1.3.11.Apoyo de la Policía de Turismo. La Policía de Turismo apoyará al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo o a quien este determine en las investigaciones que se adelanten contra los prestadores de servicios turísticos por la no actualización en el Registro Nacional de Turismo y por prestar el servicio turístico sin estar previamente inscritos en este.
