Constitución de patrimonio autónomo. Se deberán constituir patrimonios autónomos integrados en las condiciones previstas en el artículo anterior, para la constitución del fideicomiso en garantía cuando el monto de las obligaciones por concepto de bonos y cuotas partes exceda el porcentaje del valor de los activos que establezca la Superintendencia Bancaria.
