Adiciónase el Decreto 2685 de 1999, con el siguiente artículo así: “Artículo 184-1. Importación temporal para procesamiento industrial por Usuarios Aduaneros Permanentes . En concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 54 del presente Decreto, los Usuarios Aduaneros Permanentes autorizados para utilizar la modalidad de importación temporal para procesamiento industrial, deberán cumplir con las obligaciones previstas en los artículos 185 a 188 del presente decreto”.
