º . Clubes promotores . Los clubes promotores, como organismos de, derecho privado, estarán constituidos por afiliados mayoritariamente deportistas, para fomentar y patrocinar la práctica de deportes propios de diferentes tipos de limitación, la recreación y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre, e impulsarán programas de interés público y social de naturaleza deportiva en los municipios o distritos donde no se encuentre un número mínimo de personas con el mismo tipo de limitación para conformar un club deportivo.
