ARTICULO 20. Los establecimientos de crédito diseñarán los procedimientos adecuados para estudiar las solicitudes de crédito a que se refiere el presente Decreto de manera prioritaria, en el menor tiempo posible y exigiendo solamente los documentos estrictamente necesarios para el efecto. La Superintendencia Bancaria velará por la aplicación de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
