Los Intendentes del Ejército ó de División deberán proveer se para regulizar sus funciones: del estado de tropas que deben componer el Ejército ó División ; del estado de los fondos con que debe contar mensualmente para su subsistencia y demás necesidades; del estado de los Oficiales del Estado Mayor y Cuerpo administrativo; del plan de arreglos con las Oficinas de Hacienda para la remisión de fondos, y el estado de los que se apliquen á cada servicio particular.
