Hágase entrega de la prensa cedida al Municipio de Antioquia, por el artículo 3º de la Ley 167 de 1923, con todos sus accesorios, y destinada para la tipografía municipal como anexidad de ella. Comisiónase al Recaudador de Hacienda Nacional de la ciudad de Antioquia, para que efectúe la entrega y suscriba a nombre del Gobierno la correspondiente acta de entrega,
