º La entrega de Certificados de Reembolso Tributario, CERT, si a ella hubiere lugar sólo podrá efectuarse previa la constitución de garantía bancaria, cuando respecto del reconocimiento del derecho correspondiente se haya solicitado la realización de investigaciones acerca de su legalidad o efectividad. Dicha garantía se constituirá a favor de la Nación, por el término de un año y por la misma cuantía de los títulos que deban entregarse.
