Programa de asistencia mediata. El Ministerio del Interior y los comités departamentales, distritales y/o municipales, a través de los alcaldes y gobernadores, en su condición de presidentes, en conjunto con quien ejerza la secretaría técnica de los mismos, tendrán a su cargo la articulación y coordinación de las entidades encargadas de los programas de asistencia.
