ARTICULO 42. Vigencia y Derogatoria.- El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto Ley 1650 de 1977, en particular sus artículos 46 y 47, y deroga las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 30, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, 100, 101, 102, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 y 115 del Decreto Ley 1650 de 1977.
