El Presente Decreto Realiza La Compensación A Que Hace Referencia El Inciso 2° Del Parágrafo 2° Transitorio Del Artículo 361 De La Constitución Política

°. El presente decreto realiza la compensación a que hace referencia el inciso 2° del

Parágrafo 2

transitorio del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política. Los excedentes que queden en el FONDO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL – COMPENSACIÓN ASIGNACIONES DIRECTAS o los recursos que se asignen con posterioridad al 31 de marzo de 2014 fecha de corte del presente decreto al FONDO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL – COMPENSACIÓN ASIGNACIONES DIRECTAS, se mantendrán en el CAPÍTULO II – PRESUPUESTO DE LAS ASIGNACIONES A LOS FONDOS Y BENEFICIARIOS SUBCAPÍTULO 2 – FONDO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL – FDR COMPENSACIÓN ASIGNACIONES DIRECTAS, para la compensación de 2014, a que haya lugar.
