Las hijas y nietas solteras de próceres de la Independencia que, conforme a la Ley, disfrutaren de una pensión no mayor de quince pesos mensuales, tendrán derecho a acumular las pensiones de sus hermanas difuntas, decretadas dentro de la estirpe a que pertenezcan, pero sin que la acumulación pueda exceder del doble de la pensión de que hoy disfrutan.
