El artículo 46 de la Ley 454 de 1998 quedará así:
Artículo 46. No estarán obligadas a especializarse las cooperativas multiactivas e integrales con sección de ahorro y crédito que estén integradas únicamente por asociados que se encuentren o hayan estado vinculados laboralmente a una misma entidad pública o privada.
