En el caso del literal f) del artículo 1° las sumas que se recauden por este concepto se aplicarán, deducido un cuarenta por ciento (40%) que, se destinará a Fondo del Resguardo Nacional de Aduanas, al pago de la remuneración que le corresponda, por hora de trabajo, d acuerdo con el artículo 49 de este Decretó al Comandante del Resguardo. Al sobrante se le dará el tratamiento previsto en este Decreto.
