Criterios de evaluación . Las solicitudes consideradas elegibles, serán evaluadas económica, financiera, institucional, social y técnicamente de acuerdo con lo establecido en el reglamento operativo que para tal efecto expida el Consejo de Gabinete, con base en las metodologías desarrolladas por el Banco de Proyectos de inversión Nacional del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
