Aviso a las diferentes autoridades. Los interesados en iniciar la operación de estaciones de servicio y/o talleres de conversión deberán informarlo previamente al Ministerio competente y a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, mediante comunicación escrita en la que indique localización, dirección y fecha a partir de la cual entrará en operación, anexando copia simple de las pólizas de seguros establecidas en el numeral 2 del artículo siguiente, según corresponda.
