Decreto 1753 de 1996 · por el cual se reglamentan la expensas y honorarios de los curadores urbanos.

° . Otras actuaciones de los curadores urbanos . Los curadores urbanos cumplirán también las siguientes actuaciones, cuando a ello haya lugar

Conceptuar sobre las normas urbanísticas aplicables a los predios objeto del proyecto.

Otorgar visto bueno a los planos necesarios para los reglamentos de propiedad horizontal.

Gestionar, asignar, rectificar y certificar la nomenclatura de los predios e inmuebles, y

Notificar a los vecinos de conformidad con el artículo 65 de la Ley 9 de 1989.
