Facúltase a la Cooperativa Bananera del Magdalena, Limitada, para que haga a los productores de bananos del Departamento del Magdalena préstamos de amortización gradual, con plazo hasta de veinte (20) años, intereses ni mayores del ocho por ciento (8 por 100) anual y amortizaciones mensuales, garantizados con hipotecas, siempre que las fincas dadas en garantía representen un valor por lo menos doble de la deuda.
