Se tendrán en cuenta por el juez que practique la inspección, y se harán constar en el acta respectiva, en orden a la apreciación de la seriedad del contrato, las circunstancias que alejen la posibilidad de fraude a las disposiciones de esta Ley, como el número, la condición social de los arrendatarios, apareros, etc., el hecho de que ellos carezcan o no de tierras propias, la menor extensión de las parcelas, la adecuación de los cultivos y trabajos, y, en general, todos los demás hechos que tiendan a demostrar que los trabajos previstos en el contrato cumplen las finalidades económicas del artículo 1°.
