Modificar el artículo 1° del Decreto 300 del 5 de febrero de 2008, el cual quedará así: Adicionar a la Zona de Reserva Especial del Carmen Catatumbo, jurisdicción del municipio de Sardinata, departamento de Norte de Santander, unas áreas con una extensión de 1.855 hectáreas y 1.832 metros cuadrados la número uno y 137 hectáreas y 4.750 metros cuadrados la número dos, para un área total de 1.992 hectáreas y 6.582 metros cuadrados, las cuales tienen las siguientes a linderaciones: Alinderación área uno Puntos Coordenadas Este Coordenadas Norte 1 1’143.399 1’394.400 2 1’142.711 1’391.164 3 1’142.000 1’388.300 4 1’139.000 1’388.300 5 1’141.000 1’395.000 6 1’143.000 1’395.000 Alinderación área dos Puntos Coordenadas Este Coordenadas Norte 1 1’144.500 1’402.000 2 1’146.085 1’403.300 3 1’146.700 1’403.300 4 1’146.000 1’402.000

Se entienden excluidas de las áreas alinderadas las que pertenezcan a títulos mineros debidamente otorgados e inscritos en el Registro Minero.
