Reporte de información. Sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad de los· integrantes de la red nacional de farmacovigilancia, el titular o fabricante deberá reportar cualquier evento adverso que se genere por el uso o consumo del producto a que hace referencia el presente decreto, de acuerdo con el Programa Nacional de Farmacovigilancia.

Parágrafo

El titular o fabricante reportará al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social las cantidades de oxígeno medicinal producidas y distribuidas a nivel nacional en los términos y condiciones que este defina.
