Requisitos persona natural. Para que una persona natural pueda realizar pesca de investigación, debe cumplir uno cualquiera de los siguientes requisitos

Tener título profesional o tecnológico o certificado académico en áreas afines a la actividad pesquera, de las instituciones reconocidas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, de conformidad con la ley 30 de 1992.

Pertenecer a alguna institución académica o científica nacional o extranjera que respalde su labor.

Ser persona de probada experiencia o reconocida capacidad en la investigación.
