El valor de las cuotas correspondientes al contrato de acuerdo de pago se imputará a la deuda más antigua en el siguiente orden
A los intereses de mora causados hasta la fecha del acuerdo.
A las demás sanciones, recargos o impuestos debidos, materia del acuerdo.
