Art. 9° Siempre que dentro del término señalado para la presentacion de los cargamentos en la oficina de comercio, resolviere el introductor cambiar el destino de sus mercaderías, deberá participarlo inmediatamente a la Oficina de Comercio para donde se le espidió la guia, es- presándole el bulto o bultos, sino fueren todos, cuyo destino ha cambiado; i la Oficina de Comercio en que verificará precisamente la presentacion. La Oficina de Comercio que tal noticia recibiere, remitirá inmediatamente copia del mani fiesto recibido de la Aduana, i de las diligencias de reconocimiento a la otra Oficina donde debe hacerse la presentacion.
