º . La selección de candidatos para adelantar el proceso de evaluación corresponderá al nominador, quien podrá optar en forma alternativa o conjunta por las siguientes fuentes

Candidatos que se recluten como resultado de convocatoria interna, con los empleados que cumplan los requisitos y el perfil exigido para el desempeño del cargo.

Candidatos que se recluten como resultado de convocatoria externa.

Candidatos que se recluten por fuente externa.

Candidatos que se recluten por fuente interna o mixta.
