Art. 5°. El Director de la Policía Nacional destinará diariamente al servicio de la alcaldía el número de Agentes que fuere necesario, sin que esto modifique su dependencia del Cuerpo. TRANSITORIO. El Cuerpo de Policía principiará sus funciones el 1o de enero de 1892.
