Los Acuerdos de la Corte Suprema relativos á las leyes de organización y procedimientos judiciales, no tendrán en lo sucesivo fuerza de Ley; pero el Gobierno hará de dichos Acuerdos una compilación que se distribuirá en todas las oficinas públicas al mismo tiempo que el Código Judicial, la cual podrá ser consultada, en los casos, como interpretación por la vía de doctrina.
