Art. 10. A las inmediaciones de los caminos públicos abiertos o que se abran en lo sucesivo, no podrán hacerse adjudicaciones de tierras baldias que tengan una estension de mas de dos kilómetros sobre la orilla del camino. Los adjudicatarios de esta clase de terrenos quedan obligados a desmontar i cultivar la vijésima parte, por lo ménos, de dichos terrenos, dentro de los cinco años siguientes a la fecha de la adjudicacion. En caso de falta de cumplimiento de esta obligacion, los terrenos adjudicados volverán al dominio nacional.
