El Instituto Colombiano de Antropología celebrará contratos con las instituciones similares que funcionan en las diversas regiones del país, especialmente las dependientes de las Universidades seccionales oficiales, y destinará a estos fines una suma anual no inferior al veinte por ciento (20 %) de las sumas de dinero asignadas por la presente Ley.
