°. Modifíquese el numeral 23 del artículo 3° del Decreto 249 de 2004, relacionado con las funciones del Consejo Directivo, el cual quedará así: "23. Aprobar, en ejercicio de la condición de Agencia Pública de Empleo, los planes y programas para la prestación del servicio público de empleo y para el análisis del mercado laboral y ocupacional, de conformidad con la política de empleo definida por el gobierno Nacional".
