ARTICULO 185. Reingreso ilegal al país. El que sin el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, ingrese al país después de haber sido expulsado del mismo en virtud de decisión de autoridad competente, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años.
