Art. 7° La Tesorería general pasará mensualmente á las respectivas Oficinas ordenadoras, relación de las órdenes de pago que vayan quedando sin cubrirse, de manera que en cada mes se sepa con precisión lo que quede sin pagar de la vigencia en curso.
