En las horas de la mañana del día señalado para el remate, por lo menos dos veces, con intervalo de una hora, y en el momento de dar principio a la licitación, se da lectura en alta voz, en la puerta del despacho, al cartel de que tratan los artículos que preceden. Estas lecturas constituyen los pregones preparatorios.
