Auméntase la asignación mensual de las pensiones que paga el Tesoro Nacional, en la siguiente forma: las de ochenta pesos ($80.oo) o más sin llegar a ciento veinte pesos ($120.oo) en un diez por ciento (10 por 100); las de cincuenta peos ($50) o más sin llegar a ochenta ($80) en un veinte por ciento (20 por 100); las de treinta pesos ($30) o más sin llegar a cincuenta pesos ($50) en un cuarenta por ciento (40 por 100) y las menores de treinta peos ($30) en n ciento veinte por ciento (120 por 100).

Parágrafo

Las pensiones que se hubieren decretado de conformidad con la llamada ley 78 del año pasado, se reducirán en la porción, establecida en este Artículo.
