Atendiendo su disponibilidad presupuestal, las entidades de salud del orden territorial que presten servicios de salud, podrán establecer las correspondientes asignaciones básicas mensuales entre los límites mínimos y máximos expresados en los artículos 41 y 51 del presente Decreto.
