Art. 2.° Transcurridos los noventa días fijados en el artículo 3.° de la Ley antes citada, la Junta de Emisión entregará por riguroso inventario á la nacional de Amortización, todas las planchas matrices litográficas á que se refiere dicho artículo; pero después de que se hayan inutilizado los respectivos grabados, se devolverán las piedras a la Litografía Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
