De las partidas anuales que el Gobierno Nacional destine para el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, solamente se consideran como aportes de capital y por lo tanto convertibles en acciones los saldos que resulten después de cancelar las pérdidas ocurridas en los ejercicios anteriores.
